Membership Growth and Customer Service Consultant

Are you a people person with a passion for wellness and helping others achieve their goals? We're seeking a Membership Growth and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs.

About the Role:

  • Proactively contribute to membership growth by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regularly conduct service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey.

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
