This role involves mentoring the team, setting service standards, and developing a culture that inspires prospective members while ensuring existing members continue their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow to achieve sales targets and reach monthly goals
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Create a structure for the team to achieve daily performance criteria
- Deliver training to develop the team
- Drive membership growth and retention
- Develop initiatives to increase membership
- Maintain the team roster
About You:
We seek candidates with proven sales and customer service experience, able to hit KPIs, and demonstrate knowledge of the sales cycle and various sales techniques. Previous experience managing customer journeys, retaining customers, and leading teams is highly regarded.
