Proposal Strategist

The Proposal Strategist will lead entire proposal generation activities between Pursue-No and Contract Award for all D&S Opportunities within the region.

  • Extract winning themes and identify CAE discriminators that will increase the probability of winning.

This role will be based in Brisbane, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Collaborate with multiple business units across different stages of bid proposals.
  • Define mid to long term strategies for future bids including outsourcing, off-shoring and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a high tech industry.
  • Result oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience in defence is ideal, especially within training.
  • Previous experience in a government proposal writing.

Security Requirements:

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
