Strategic Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a Proposal Strategist to develop winning bid strategies and proposals with technical, client, and markets teams. As a key member of our team, you will lead proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling bid documents that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and build relationships.
- Manage bid action plans and facilitate bid workshops to ensure successful outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services or construction industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, organized approach with exceptional people and relationship skills.
