Job Summary:
The 2024 Student Wellbeing Officer position at Ballarat Christian College is a critical role that requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the emotional and social well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide community-focused support to students, addressing their welfare and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with the college community to promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance student well-being, including counseling and mentoring services.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and support students at risk.
- Ensure compliance with VIC Working with Children Check requirements and maintain eligibility to work in Australia.
Requirements:
