Senior Officer, Student Finance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Officer, Student Finance to join our team at Federation University Australia. As a key member of our student finance operations team, you will play a critical role in providing fee advice and assistance to internal and external clients, as well as managing a range of administrative functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely advice to clients on student fees and related matters;
- Managing the invoicing and collection of student fees, including generating student invoice communications;
- Coordinating the allocation and reporting of tuition fee scholarships and waivers;
- Ensuring the reconciliation of student fee income, expenditure, and general ledger accounts;
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the student lifecycle and relevant policy, procedure, and legislation.
