Position Overview

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be a fully qualified mortgage broker, supported by a robust brand, advanced technology, and specialized assistance to enhance your income growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Leverage the industry's leading home loan platform, allowing clients to upload documents and monitor their application status, resulting in settlement speeds up to four times faster than the industry average.
- Manage pre-qualified customer appointments arranged by our in-house sales team, ensuring efficient use of your time without the hassle of cold leads.
- Submit applications to our internal client solutions team for processing, eliminating the burden of paperwork. Our team will also proactively follow up with lenders and communicate with clients on your behalf, streamlining the process.
Qualifications
If you possess prior experience in broking or lending, or have worked in a branch or phone-based financial services role, this is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career and significantly increase your income.
To Excel in This Role, You Will Need

- A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. If you do not currently hold this certification but meet our other criteria, we can assist you in obtaining it.
