Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Leverage the industry's premier home loan platform, allowing clients to upload necessary documents and track their application status, resulting in settlement speeds that are significantly faster than the industry standard.
- Handle pre-qualified customer appointments arranged by our internal sales team, ensuring efficient use of your time without the hassle of cold leads.
- Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team for deal processing, minimizing paperwork and allowing our team to manage lender communications and customer follow-ups on your behalf.
Qualifications
