Position Overview

Are you an experienced broker, banker, or finance professional seeking a rewarding opportunity? Elevate your career and income potential as a Home Loan Specialist at Lendi.

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be a fully qualified mortgage broker, supported by a strong brand, advanced technology, and specialized assistance to enhance your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
  2. Leverage the industry's leading home loan platform, enabling clients to upload documents and track their application status, resulting in expedited settlements.
  3. Receive pre-qualified customer appointments arranged by our internal sales team, ensuring you focus on high-quality leads.
  4. Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team for deal processing, minimizing paperwork and enhancing efficiency. Our team will proactively communicate with lenders and customers on your behalf.
Our innovative platform and streamlined processes empower our Home Loan Specialists to achieve remarkable productivity, averaging over 12 deals monthly—significantly above the industry standard. Our top performers are achieving over 30 deals per month, and we aim for all team members to reach a deal a day.

Qualifications

If you possess prior experience in broking or lending, or have worked in a financial services role, this is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career and increase your income potential.

To Excel in This Role, You Will Need
  1. A strong ambition to build a successful career in the fintech and mortgage lending sector.

  3. A high degree of motivation, integrity, and a genuine desire to assist Australians in achieving their home ownership aspirations.
  4. A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. If you do not currently hold this certification but meet other criteria, we can assist you in obtaining it.
  5. Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
