Position Overview

Our Home Loan Specialists are fully accredited mortgage brokers, equipped with cutting-edge technology and exceptional support to enhance their earning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
  2. Leverage the industry’s top home loan platform, allowing clients to upload documents and track their application status, resulting in expedited settlements.
  3. Manage pre-qualified customer appointments arranged by our dedicated sales team, ensuring high-quality leads.
  4. Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team for efficient deal processing, minimizing paperwork and communication delays with lenders.
Our innovative platform and streamlined processes empower our Home Loan Specialists to achieve remarkable productivity, averaging over 12 deals monthly—four times the industry standard. Our top performers consistently close 30+ deals each month, with a goal of achieving daily transactions across the team.

Qualifications
