Position Overview

Are you an experienced finance professional eager for a rewarding opportunity? As a Home Loan Specialist at Lendi, you will leverage our advanced technology and brand reputation to enhance your career and income potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual communication channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Utilize our top-rated home loan platform, which allows clients to upload necessary documents and track their application status, ensuring a swift settlement process.
  • Receive pre-qualified client appointments organized by our dedicated sales team, eliminating the hassle of cold leads.
  • Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team for deal processing, significantly reducing paperwork and follow-up time with lenders.

Our Home Loan Specialists are among the most productive in the industry, averaging over 12 deals monthly, with top performers achieving 30+ deals. We aim to empower our entire team to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in broking or lending, or have worked in a financial services role. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in the fintech and mortgage lending sector.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A strong ambition to succeed in the mortgage lending industry.

  • A high level of motivation, integrity, and a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
  • A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (assistance available for obtaining this qualification).
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
