Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Home Loan Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance, banking, or mortgage broking who are eager to advance their careers in a progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual communication channels, including phone and video consultations.
- Leverage our advanced platform to facilitate a streamlined loan settlement process, significantly faster than industry standards.
- Manage appointments with pre-qualified clients, ensuring a focus on high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with our internal client solutions team to process loan applications, maintaining proactive communication with lenders and clients.
- Utilize our proprietary tools and methodologies to optimize your performance, targeting an average of over 12 transactions monthly.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in mortgage broking or lending, or a background in financial services.
- A strong commitment to enhancing the home lending experience for Australians.
- High levels of motivation, integrity, and a genuine desire to assist clients in achieving their home ownership goals.
- A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or the willingness to obtain this qualification with our support.
