Position Overview

In this role, you will be a fully qualified mortgage broker, supported by a strong brand, advanced technology, and specialized assistance to enhance your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home loan inquiries through virtual channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Leverage the top-rated home loan platform, allowing clients to upload necessary documents and track their application status, resulting in expedited settlements.
- Manage pre-qualified client appointments arranged by our internal sales team, ensuring you focus on high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team for efficient deal processing, minimizing paperwork and communication burdens.
Our Home Financing Advisors are among the most productive in the sector, averaging over 12 transactions monthly, with top performers achieving 30+ transactions. We are committed to fostering a culture where every team member can excel.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in broking or lending, or have worked in a financial services environment.
To thrive in this position, you should demonstrate:
- A strong ambition to advance your career in the fintech and mortgage sector.

- High levels of motivation, integrity, and a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.
- A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking; we can assist in obtaining this qualification if you meet other criteria.
