This is a newly created leadership role that combines strategic vision and operational excellence. The company seeks a professional to enhance its growth trajectory through B2B relationship development within industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of complex negotiations with leading mining companies and infrastructure developers, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between best-in-class manufacturing capabilities and untapped market potential.

Key responsibilities include translating technical capability into sustainable commercial success by identifying opportunities aligned with the company's strategic vision.

A strong autonomy and resource allocation model will be provided to support the candidate in their pursuit of opportunities, backed by the reputation of a trusted service provider.

Frequent travel to client sites, including remote mining operations, may be required for this role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.

At least 8 years of experience in business development and relationship management within industrial sectors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis tools.

Experience with project management software and tools.
