Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to facilitate the growth of our business by engaging with customers at both an operational and strategic level.

You will identify and evaluate business opportunities, acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements, and work closely with existing customers in forecasting, identifying solutions, and increasing business.

The Role:

  • Regular travel to customer locations, position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, work closely with technical product support
  • Ensure our service solution meets the needs of our clients

About You - Essential:

  • Demonstrated business development and account management experience
  • A professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • Valid driving licence
  • Current work rights in Australia

About You – Preferred:

  • Exposure to Off the Road (OTR) Tyres, mining or heavy industries
  • Career progression and training opportunities
