BTP is looking for an **Operations Manager** to manage their NSW business. This is a senior leadership role that will be accountable for the management and oversight of the NSW territory. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the National Operations Manager.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the operational requirements of the territory are successfully met and to support and develop their teams to achieve the overarching business strategic plan.

BTP is entering a growth phase so working in junction with Sales to increase the existing customer base for both Equipment hires and Parts growth market share The Operations Manager should be motivated and driven towards meeting growth and revenue goals and possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach targets.

You will create and deliver safe places of work, efficient and effective business groups, and set and deliver group planning, budget, and financial metrics. A high priority is placed on customer engagement and relationships both internal and external.

**Key Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or associated degree or demonstrated experience in a senior management position within a similar industry
- Experience within heavy industry technology in either a consulting or project management capacity
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams to achieve short
- and long-term outcomes
- Well-developed business acumen and critical thinking with the ability to successfully manage budgets, analyze data, and compile reports
- Ability to engage, lead and manage varying teams partnered with the analytical mindset that can forecast peaks in activity and plan accordingly to meet operational and functional delivery
- Accountable for managing and overseeing both on and off-site operations
- understands how to influence key metrics such as labor utilization, work in progress as well as efficiency performance measures
