Business Development Specialist

At our Mining Solution Centre in Mount Thorley, we are seeking a proactive professional to work closely with customers at both an operational and strategic level. This role involves facilitating the growth of our business by engaging with customers, where you will position yourself as a trusted advisor, identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs, acquire new customers, and work closely with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions and increase business.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated account management and business development experience, a professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers, exceptional planning and organisational skills, and be an effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will require data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights, a strong commitment to safety, and a valid driving licence.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
