    • Update dealers regularly with relevant marketing material and campaigns
    • Monitor the business growth through dealer expansion programs
    • Continually seek and identify new dealer business opportunities or initiatives.

    • Prepare and review yearly call plan

Requirements:



  • 2+ years experience in a sales focused role - HVAC or similar industry
  • Experience selling into the blue collar industry
  • Successful Sales Growth and Account Management
  • Technical aptitude in understanding customer queries and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Client Management is essential
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
  • Negotiation skills
  • Planning & business development skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • A 'can-do' positive attitude.
