Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Support Services team, including reception duties, responding to enquiries, and processing student enrolments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data on our Student Management System, aXcelerate.
  • Create courses, enter enrolments, and update attendance records for new and existing students.
  • Liaise with a diverse range of clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and empathy.
Requirements
  • Experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in business administration software systems, including Microsoft Office suite and Student Management Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
