Job Description

Hearth Support Services is a leading provider of disability support services, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality therapy services that promote independence and well-being.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with adults with physical disabilities. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to provide supervision and education, and be committed to interdisciplinary practice.

A current unrestricted AHPRA registration, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent degree, and Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to clients with physical disabilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for clients
  • Provide supervision and education to junior staff members

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
