Partnership Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Partnership Administrator to join our Road & Work Injuries team in our Melbourne CBD office on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support initiatives that enable our law practices to grow their business and provide legal services to more Australians.
Key Responsibilities- Foster relationships with internal and external groups to drive business growth and development.
- Support the delivery of the Road & Work injuries team's Business Development strategy, identifying new partnership opportunities and collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing team.
- Collate reports, presentations, and training packages to facilitate business growth and development.
- Assist in the delivery of Business Development events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of communications, such as publications, website, and intranet content, to promote business growth and development.
- Create and update calendars of events to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Provide general administrative support and coordination as required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Administration experience, with a strong understanding of business development, sales, or marketing principles.
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment, with the ability to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people at different levels.
- Demonstrated ability to learn software packages and systems, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Well-developed communication skills, including written, oral, and interpersonal communication, to effectively liaise with internal and external clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
