About the Role

The Senior Program Manager is a key leadership position at International Women's Development Agency (IWDA), responsible for leading IWDA's partnerships in Asia and the Pacific. Reporting to the Director, Partnerships, this role drives and administers systematic approaches to program development, implementation, and financial management. The Senior Program Manager leads a team of Program Managers and Coordinators, developing relevant team strategy and operational processes, including thematic frameworks and guidance, within their program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of relevant team strategy and operational processes, including thematic frameworks and guidance, within their program portfolio.
  • Ensure the delivery of contractual obligations and an integrated program.
  • Engage with key external stakeholders, alliances, networks, and working groups.
  • Represent IWDA in the community and maintain and enhance links and dialogue with government, donors, and key agencies.
  • Contribute to the leadership of a positive, collaborative, and encouraging culture within the Partnerships Team.
Requirements
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Classified at SCHADS 6 (paid above award) plus superannuation and salary packaging.
