**Business Administrator Position:**

**About the Role:**

The Andersen Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our directors, teams, clients, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documents, reports, and proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage annual processes, including client engagement letters and CRM reviews.
  • Assist with monthly client billing and ATO-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage correspondence, document systems, and filing, maintaining a secure and organized digital and physical environment.
  • Support calendar management, meeting setup, and client communications, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
  • Lead client and team onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent client experience.
  • Maintain client databases and assist with marketing activities, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation, and collaborate with virtual assistants to drive business growth.
  • Organize team events and activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in an accounting practice or similar industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with tools like Xero and MYOB.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
