The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership ecosystem, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new merchants and strengthening our value proposition to potential and future customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish partnerships with new partners within the reseller, aggregator, and tech integrator segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop holistic partner launch and ongoing campaigns that deliver customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with your partner network, including onboarding, training, coaching, reporting, opportunity identification, and regular check-ins.
  • Execute partnerships end-to-end, from business development to partner launch and ongoing management.
  • Be accountable to quarterly KPIs and partner objectives.
Requirements
  • 2 years of post-university, professional experience in the technology sector, working within a channel partnerships, sales/business development (closing), or growth role.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch, and manage tactical and mid-sized partnerships with low-moderate complexity.
  • Experience growing and distributing new products with partners via compelling economic incentives and close collaboration with internal and external sales and marketing teams.
  • A motivated, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, with the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
