About the Role:

  • Maintain and update operational systems for optimal data management, including compliance systems such as CGR Risk Register, DoneSafe, OneTrust, and CPOMS.
  • Analyse performance metrics and ensure compliance across operations.
  • Provide technical support and training on system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance system efficiency and processes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for system administration.
  • Ensure effective data management and system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on system performance and compliance metrics.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in a similar system administration and data management role.
  • You should have a strong understanding of operational systems and data management.
  • You must be able to analyse performance metrics and ensure compliance.
  • You should have experience in providing technical support and training.
  • You should have knowledge in system-related policies and procedures.
  • You should have experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in the Education Sector is preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., IT, operations management) are preferred.
