We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Education Operations Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in Higher Education operations, systems implementation, and digital teaching to lead the development of innovative solutions.
About the Role:- We are looking for someone with experience working in Higher Education Institutions or Universities, focusing on student experience, learning, teaching, and digital teaching.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing or supporting systems such as Student System implementations, including Ellucian Banner, Tribal Group Systems/Callista, Technology One, Blackboard, Canvas, and Research Management Enterprise.
- We are also looking for individuals who possess strong learning design and development skills, as well as an understanding of Higher Education Data and Architecture.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively with senior management to present solutions, designs, and proposals.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Higher Education in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
