**Transforming Global Logistics with Innovative Solutions**

We are seeking a talented Global Logistics Innovations Specialist to join our Systems Components team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software development, architecture, or technical product management to collaborate with our development team and build innovative software systems that address the most complex challenges in the global logistics industry.

This position is part of our WiseTech Platform services team, which enables our product teams to deliver high-quality products faster by providing common building blocks designed for flexibility, security, reliability, performance, scalability, and ease of use.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical specifications and business needs, working closely with customers and other product teams to understand their technical pain points and translate them into high-level design documents.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and product teams to identify technical pain points and develop solution documents
  • Providing expert technical support for customer incidents and issues related to system components and architecture
  • Collaborating with software development teams to design concrete solutions
  • Assisting in aligning the product roadmap with company priorities and managing the product enhancements backlog
  • Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality
  • Contributing to product documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical background of at least 4 years in software development, technical product ownership, or technical business analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications
  • The ability to analyze and transform pain points into implementable solutions
  • A creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for customers
