Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outdoor Turf Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our golf course maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the 18-hole golf course is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the golf course to top condition through regular mowing, blowing, fertilizing, and other turf maintenance tasks
  • Working alongside the course management team to execute improvement projects and maintain best practice standards
  • Participating in regular rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be physically fit
  • To have a true passion for the industry
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as required
  • Previous experience in golf course maintenance (but not necessary)
