Turf Maintenance Specialist

As a Turf Maintenance Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and maintenance of Council's parks and open spaces. You will work in a dynamic team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across various sites.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet work request or program deadlines
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business unit goals and objectives
- Guiding operational staff on site to ensure completion of allocated work
Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting any identified work request variations to the team leader to ensure that Council's parks and open spaces are well maintained.
About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced individual who takes pride in their work to join our team. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in turf maintenance, horticulture, arboriculture, machine operations, landscaping, and traffic management activities.
Required Skills And QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Cert III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture, or Landscape
- Experience in a relevant field
- A SafeWork NSW white card (general construction induction card)
- A current Driver's Licence Class C
- A current MR Licence as required
