Turf Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

As a Turf Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-quality sports surfaces across the Shire. This role requires a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, ensuring that our sports facilities are safe and ready for community use.

You will play a hands-on role in the maintenance, preparation, and construction of turf wickets and playing surfaces, working collaboratively with your team to achieve excellent results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in preparing and renovating high-quality sports surfaces
  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience
  • A strong safety focus and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • A gross annual salary of $69,785 - $75,891 p.a.
  • 12% superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time position with 38 hours/week and a 9-day fortnight
  • Overtime may be required during peak season
