Your Future Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC). This role would suit a qualified professional who thrives in a customer-facing position and has a strong understanding of industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth flow of information and demand between the ROC and project sites.
- Implement industrial master data in various systems, including GSI and SES.
- Manage the end-to-end flow of information and parts in SAP and other tools used for information management.
- Provide feedback to customers on the operation of repaired components.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to create and update documents and process information from SAP.
- Experience using SAP and industrial operations management systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Industrial) preferred.
- Experience in repairs management with a customer interface preferred.
