About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Repair Line Customer Coordinator to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) in Rouse Hill. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and demand between the ROC and our project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement industrial master data in various systems, including GSI and SES.
  • Integrate project demands and priorities with planning for repairs.
  • Manage the end-to-end flow of information and parts in SAP and other tools.
  • Provide feedback to customers on the operation of repaired components.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and update documents and process information from SAP.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Industrial) preferred.
  • Experience in repairs management with a customer interface preferred.
