Your Future Role

We're seeking a skilled Repair Line Customer Coordinator to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) in Rouse Hill. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and demand between the ROC and our project sites. Your primary focus will be on implementing industrial master data in our systems, integrating project priorities with planning for repairs, and managing the end-to-end flow of information and parts in SAP and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement industrial master data in GSI and SES systems.
  • Integrate project priorities with planning for repairs.
  • Manage the end-to-end flow of information and parts in SAP and other tools.
  • Provide feedback to customers on the operation of repaired components.

What We're Looking For

We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and experience using SAP, we'd love to hear from you. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Industrial) are preferred, but not required. Experience in repairs management with a customer interface is also a plus.
