Beverage Department Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences through attentive service and excellent communication.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting motivation and support among team members.
- Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring timely ordering and adequate inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients within the food and beverage department.
About You:
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Current working rights in Australia.
- A strong desire to advance your career and take on new challenges.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
