About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to leverage your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Background:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in food and beverage management, preferably within a hospitality or similar industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
