Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Aggregation Growth Manager to join our team in Docklands VIC 3008. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategies to meet our customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Aggregator Management: Manage ongoing relationships with aggregators, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies across our aggregation business, aligning with AGL's overall strategic objectives.
- Business Performance: Oversee the performance of our connectnow business, ensuring it meets its roadmap and operating model requirements.
- Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes and lead business strategic roadmaps to senior executives.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of strong leadership within the connectnow business, promoting collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions, customer support, technical support, B2B sales, and B2C sales roles.
- Skills: Proven track record of driving successful growth businesses, achieving revenue and EBIT targets, and delivering high-quality customer-centric support.
- Leadership: Exceptional people leadership skills, inspiring high performance, building trust, and driving employee engagement.
- Negotiation: Superior negotiation skills across large enterprise and small business clients, fostering strategic partnerships to fuel growth.
What You'll Get:
- Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
