Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Glam Raider Beauty. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including photography, video, and copywriting.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Content Calendar: Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand's messaging and product launches.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team on performance and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, buyers, and creative director to ensure social media messaging is aligned with product launches and brand messaging.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that drives growth, engagement, and revenue across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, and driven with proven experience in achieving results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Software: Proficient in social media scheduling tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
