Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
* Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all social media communications
* Create blogs and other written content
* Reach out to influencers and content creators to develop content and partnerships
* Use graphic design capabilities to create, resize, and redesign imagery to suit the relevant platform
* Work with the marketing team to conduct regular photoshoots to create content for all digital platforms
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation
* Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content
* Perform adhoc tasks
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas
* Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
