Job SummaryThis role reports to the Head of Marketing and Digital and indirectly the Global Brand Manager to manage and maintain Kookai's social media channels.
The role is responsible for creating content and posting across various platforms, ensuring high levels of engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage Social ChannelsManage social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Create and Curate ContentCreate and curate content, including filming and editing.
Ensure Creative DirectionEnsure a creative direction with brand storytelling to drive traffic and engagement.
Schedule and Publish PostsSchedule and publish posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor and Respond to CommentsMonitor social media channels and respond to comments and enquiries as a priority.
Evaluate and ImproveProactively evaluate, review, and suggest new ways to improve and grow brand presence.
Monitor Social Media TrendsMonitor social media trends to identify growth opportunities.
Assist with Campaigns and PhotoshootsAssist with the creation of seasonal campaigns and photoshoots as required.
Requirements- Proven Experience
Proven experience in social media management and content creation for a fashion and/or beauty company.
QualificationsQualifications in Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, and/or a related field.
Content Creation ToolsProficiency in content creation tools.
Communication SkillsExcellent written communication and a creative flair to engage an audience.
Organizational SkillsPragmatic, hands-on approach.
Time ManagementOrganizational and time management skills.
CollaborationAbility to work independently and collaborate with a team.
