About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Assistant to provide crucial after-hours support for our social media presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for community management, content creation, and administrative support to ensure our online presence thrives.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, adhering to our brand voice guidelines.
- Assist in crafting and scheduling engaging content to enhance our online presence.
- Direct online inquiries to the appropriate New Homes Consultant based on provided roster.
- Escalate complaints following our designated process.
- Implement and action display home updates promptly on our websites and Google platforms.
- Assist the broader marketing team with ad-hoc administrative duties, such as preparing reports.
About You
You will have a strong knowledge and passion for social media platforms and content creation, with availability to work over weekends, public holidays, and after-hours. You will possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ideally have a vehicle for weekend travel to new display homes. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in marketing, communications, or social media, including recent graduates.
