Marketing/Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Social Media professional to join our team at Spire Recruitment. As a Marketing/Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' real estate businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients' agents with their social media and marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure our digital content is user-friendly and engaging.
- Manage relationships with agencies for website development, SEO, and performance optimization.
- Develop and publish website content, including creating new pages and managing online campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UX and SEO principles, with the ability to apply them to real-world marketing scenarios.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
