Social Media Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Options Consulting Group. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and copy across multiple social networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future content and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
