Agile Project Facilitator Job

We are seeking an experienced Agile project facilitator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting strategic initiatives in risk and compliance within the general insurance industry.

About the Role

This 6-month contract has the potential for extension, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic organization while developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams by coordinating technical workshops and sessions.
  • Ensure effective documentation of outcomes and accountabilities from these sessions.
  • Update Jira and Confluence tracking systems to reflect project progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical program management, with extensive experience in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong IT background and proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

To excel in this role, you should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless project coordination.
