**Job Summary**:

The role of Agile Team Facilitator requires an individual to lead and facilitate Agile practices throughout various stages of project development and ongoing operations. This position involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including technology groups, project managers, security representatives, business stakeholders, and product teams.

  • This person will work closely with delivery managers on planning and scoping requirements according to the customer's roadmap.
  • Foster a high-performing culture by utilizing metrics effectively to improve team performance and quality through regular meetings, showcases, and retrospectives.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise environments is essential.
  • A solid understanding of Infrastructure or Software, end-user compute development is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure, along with coaching and mentoring skills, are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams toward delivering sprint commitments and roadmap milestones.
  • A Scrum Certification is required.
