Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading, coaching and empowering cross-functional Agile teams.
About the Role

This role is responsible for driving team performance by building and maintaining a highly motivated and collaborative environment.

You will proactively identify and remove obstacles ensuring the team remains focused on delivering value. You will also encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the delivery team, coaching and mentoring individuals to apply Agile and Lean tools and techniques.

  • Proven experience in Agile leadership and team facilitation.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with various product lifecycle management tools.
