We're seeking a skilled Agile Coach to support project delivery activities for the 'Group Protective Services Resilience' program of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic work, delivering the business vision.
  • Lead teams in operating to an agreed cadence, providing support for Agile practice and smooth collaboration among extended team members.
  • Support teams to ensure clear visualisation of dependency blockers and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practices.
