We are seeking a highly skilled Agile facilitator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Manage Agile processes to improve performance and efficiency
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve common goals
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Your Skills:
  • 4+ years' experience in a Scrum Master or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively
