Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and facilitate the implementation of workflow tools, drive end-to-end delivery plans, and lead agile ceremonies.

About the Role:

  • Facilitate the implementation of workflow tool to track progress, manage RAID logs, and ensure visibility across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery plan, including resource planning and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads to ensure alignment on scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead all core agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews) and ensure smooth squad-level delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement a workflow tool to enhance project management and collaboration.
  2. Develop and maintain an end-to-end delivery plan to ensure successful project completion.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  4. Moderate agile ceremonies to promote open communication and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master/ Delivery Lead within banking is essential.
  • Prior experience working on a program involving automation/workflow tool implementation is required.
  • Excellent delivery experience within complex, cross-functional agile environments.
  • Prior experience working with operations teams is advantageous.
  • Experience in tracking dependencies, and managing milestones.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and capable of influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
