**What we are looking for**

We are practical and pragmatic problem solvers. We are agile framework agnostic and we will use every tool in our extensive toolkit to overcome client challenges and achieve the clients business agility objectives. We therefore do not want purists but we do want people who are good at what they do and can prove it. We are looking for people with as little as 1 year coaching experience (we will train you up) through to people with decades of experience. We are a consultancy and extended workforce provider, so we are looking for people who enjoy working with new clients on a regular basis, who want to learn new and varied methods of solving a problem (one size does not fit all) and those who prefer short term project based work over long term operational work. **Role Description**

This is a contract role for an Agile Coach located in the Greater Sydney Area. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to teams and organisations on Agile / Lean values and principles (typically applied through Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and lean practices). You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, and help teams identify and overcome obstacles to their Agile adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to improve team and organisational performance and delivery excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Strong experience as an Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in large-scale Agile transformations
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more Agile methodologies (e.g Scrum, Kanban and Lean)
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile practices
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent are preferred
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities
- Excellent communications and Self management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The need for continuous learning and professional development
- A passion for working with others and delivering exceptional outcomes.
