You will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFe, to enhance release planning, agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile team coaching within an IT environment, knowledge of the financial services industry, and relevant certifications, such as CSM or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert coaching to teams on Agile practices
  • Coach and mentor Product Owners, Agile teams, and management to improve project delivery processes
  • Evaluate Agile methodologies and implement agility using SAFe and Scrum
  • Improve delivery predictability across teams
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Support teams using a servant leadership style and lead by example
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Agile team coaching
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Relevant certifications, such as CSM or equivalent
